Yes, we provide a 10-year structural warranty on all forged iron products. This covers manufacturing defects and structural integrity under normal residential use.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all standard items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-forged or bespoke sized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Are mounting accessories included with my purchase?
Every Ironclad product comes with color-matched heavy-duty screws and wall anchors suitable for standard drywall or wood stud installation.
